Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Dream Collage: A Jungian Constellation Workshop, organised by IABET. By registering and completing your payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Registration and payment
Your place in the workshop is confirmed once the full payment has been received. The workshop fee is €89, including any applicable taxes. You are responsible for entering a correct email address during registration so that you can receive the workshop information and Zoom link.
Cancellations and refunds
Your registration is binding. As this is a live workshop taking place online at a specific date and time, payments are non-refundable if you cancel, do not attend or are unable to participate for personal reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this fixed-date workshop. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If IABET cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. IABET is not responsible for additional expenses or losses resulting from the cancellation.
If circumstances outside IABET’s reasonable control prevent the workshop from taking place as planned, the workshop may be rescheduled. If you cannot attend the new date, you will be offered a refund of the workshop fee.
Workshop access
The workshop will take place live through Zoom. The Zoom link and practical information will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The link is intended only for the registered participant and may not be shared with anyone else.
You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device and access to the required art materials. Refunds will not be provided for difficulties arising from your own internet connection, equipment, software or failure to join the workshop at the correct time.
Recording
The workshop will be recorded and made available to registered participants for 28 days. The recording is for personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, shared, published or distributed unless written permission has been provided by IABET.
Participation and confidentiality
The workshop is intended to provide a respectful and non-judgmental space. You agree to treat the personal experiences, dreams, images and reflections shared by other participants as confidential and not to repeat, record, photograph or distribute them outside the workshop.
You are always free to decide how much you wish to share. Although all participants are asked to respect confidentiality, complete confidentiality within an online group setting cannot be guaranteed.
You must not record, photograph or take screenshots of the workshop or its participants without prior written permission.
Nature of the workshop
This workshop is intended for creative exploration, personal reflection and education. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, mental health treatment or a substitute for professional psychological or medical support.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for deciding whether the exercises are appropriate for you. You may pause or stop an exercise at any time. If working with dreams or inner imagery brings up material that feels overwhelming, you are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The workshop does not promise a particular interpretation of your dream or a specific creative, emotional or spiritual result.
Intellectual property
All workshop teaching, instructions, written materials, exercises, presentations and recordings remain the intellectual property of IABET unless otherwise stated. They are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, teach, sell, publish or distribute the workshop content or materials without prior written permission from IABET. You retain ownership of the artwork and writing you create during the workshop.
Changes to the workshop
IABET may make reasonable changes to the workshop structure, content or schedule when necessary, provided that the essential nature and value of the workshop are maintained. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Privacy
The personal information you provide during registration will be used to process your payment, administer your participation and communicate information related to the workshop. Personal data will be handled in accordance with IABET’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected.
If a disagreement cannot be resolved directly with IABET, a consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
